Miami Offers 2028 Four-Star WR Carter St. Junious

Miami gets into the fight for a big, fast pass-catcher in the 2028 class.

The Miami Hurricanes sent a scholarship offer out to Manvel, Tex. native and four-star 2028 wide receiver Carter St. Junious, per his Twitter.

The receiver also got an offer from Baylor Thursday, adding more competition for the Canes for the wideout already getting the attention of some big schools. St. Junious already has offers from Houston, SMU, Texas Tech, Texas A&M and more as he plays through his sophomore season in Texas.

At 6-3, St. Junious already has the height to tower over corners at the college level, and still has plenty of time to build up the muscle to compete right away when he gets to the next level. He combines that size with speed as a sprinter on the Manvel track team, which has coaching staffs salivating at the potential.

St. Junious seems like an outstanding raw prospect which a team can mold into a deep speed threat or an over-the-middle sure-thing receiver. The Canes enter the competition against plenty of other big players, but you can’t argue there’s a better place for a receiver than Miami with how the passing game has looked to this point.

Side note: St. Junious is the son of former McDonald’s All-American Tasmin Mitchell. He played basketball and serves as a coach at LSU, but the Tigers haven’t shown public interest in St. Junious yet.
